Cannot access NB setup

Hello,
i got my NB in the mail today but after connecting, it seems to remain unaccessible as neither http://nextbox.local nor the dedicated IP will show me the setup screen.

Within my router’s network devices, the box is showing up as expected as connected to the proper LAN port with a DHCP distributed IP. I can also ping to nextbox.local or the box’s IP address, where the first is resolving an IPv6 address which shouldn’t be an issue from my understanding.

Hey @BlindFish,

  • can you confirm that the LED is solid green?
  • did you try another computer to access the NextBox using nextbox.local or the IP?
  • what error do you get if you try to visit: http://nextbox.local?
