Hey!

It depends on the model. Most of the time the changelog is published on the release in its repository. E.g.:

- [Releases · Nitrokey/nitrokey-start-firmware · GitHub](https://github.com/Nitrokey/nitrokey-start-firmware/releases)
- [Releases · Nitrokey/nitrokey-3-firmware · GitHub](https://github.com/Nitrokey/nitrokey-3-firmware/releases)

For the details about specific components of the Nitrokey 3 one might need to look in the respective repositories, e.g.:

- [GitHub - Nitrokey/fido-authenticator: FIDO authenticator Trussed app.](https://github.com/Nitrokey/fido-authenticator/)
- [GitHub - Nitrokey/opcard-rs: OpenPGP card implementation](https://github.com/Nitrokey/opcard-rs/)
