I placed and paid for the order for nitro laptop on Thursday, today is Monday, I have not received no tracking or any confirmation delivery has been sent out, I paid for the 3 day delivery option which was an extra, is this normal? I still have not had no replies to emails I’ve also sent, could someone help as Ive got ADHD so I need to know what day to expect it
Hello for NitroPads there is 5 days of production then your shipment will take 3 days so you can expect it to arrive at your place this Friday.
Note that you will receive the tracking number by email when the NitroPad will be shipped.
I’ve received the laptop, turning it on, security key worked, it then booted and asked for passphrase ( I didn’t set one ) I proceed entering blank but just errors out says failed cryptography setup for dm_crypt-0
The default passphrase that we set is 12345678
