How to perform a factory reset and request repairs

Hello.

I purchased a Nitrophone 10 and installed TorVPN. After turning on the kill switch, I turned off the power.

After that, when I turned it back on, only the “G” logo appeared, the screen was black, and neither the Graphene icon nor the PIN entry screen appeared.

I tried to initialize it in recovery mode, but it didn’t work.

I would like detailed instructions on how to do this, and if that doesn’t work, I would like to request a repair.

Is it possible to have it repaired in Japan?

If you cannot reach the recovery mode I’m not sure what you can do, maybe use ADB but you will need to have the debugger mode activated..
