Improving Support and SEO

As a technical documentation nerd, I would like to suggest migrating from the forum and email support system to a help-desk like The Q/A format is much more conducive to problem solving than a forum and it would do a much better job at de-duping support requests.

More importantly, these support systems act as a source of natural search engine traffic. There appears to be very little competition for searches on managing smart cards, setting up SSH authentication, etc.
