Is there a documentation available, to use low level access ( via APDUs) on a NitroKey?

We don’t have such documentation but we are working on a libnitrokey which should make it easy to understand the API as well as to integrate it into other applications. I will post it here once we publish a first version at Github.
That appears to be available now. But the way I understand it, that is not really what I was looking for.
