# Nitro.chat issue

So I have registered on nitro.chat a few days/weeks ago, and created a public space. When I open up any chat client, I can’t see new messages, even tho they’ve been sent. I tested this with another account using a different homeserver, and it can chat normally. What should I do? The nitro.chat account is not even loading any other unencrypted rooms.

EDIT: I also can’t change the power levels of users inside of the space, so I can’t promote anyone to an admin to take over the space if the only solution was to delete the account
