# Nitrokey 3A Mini not found

Hello

I try to access my nitrokey 3A mini using nitropy on Windows, but nitrokey can’t find the device.

> nitropy nk3 list  
> Command line tool to interact with Nitrokey devices 0.4.30  
> :: ‘Nitrokey 3’ keys

> nitropy nk3 update  
> Command line tool to interact with Nitrokey devices 0.4.30  
> Critical error:  
> No Nitrokey 3 device found

> nitropy nk3 version  
> Command line tool to interact with Nitrokey devices 0.4.30  
> Critical error:  
> No Nitrokey 3 device found

> gpg --edit-card --expert  
> gpg: selecting card failed: No such device  
> gpg: OpenPGP Karte ist nicht vorhanden: No such device

Hey!

1. OpenPGP card is not available yet, but should be soon
2. About access issues, have you tried to run `nitropy` using Administrator window?
