can I do something about a timeout bug? One of my Nitrokeys is experiencing it, second one is fine. Should I file a complaint, is it bricked or should I wait for new nitropy version or something?

I have one that get an USB_ERR_TIMEOUT when I connect it to an usb 3.0 port,
to fix it can either plug it to a usb 2.0 hub (works well when doing a firmware upgrade),
or I simply do a software reset with usbconfig -d ugenX.X reset.
