I would like to use the OTP feature on my Nitrokey Start. Is there any way making this possible?
What kind of problems would come up if I try to flash the Nitrokey Pro firmware on a Nitrokey Start? The Nitrokey Pro has a two colored LED but besides that, would it be possible?

Yes, it is possible to replace the firmware with Nitrokey Pro’s one, however it needs modification - Nitrokey Pro stops booting if it would not detect smart card inserted, or it would not respond to serial number request. Possibly CCID interface would need to be disabled as well. I have never tried to do so, so I cannot help further.
I would like to warn though we do not support problems occurring from the firmware change.
