Hello,

I recently tried to adapt more features of my NK3. In this case I want to add my public gpg key to the nitrokey.

I read the handy tutorial [here](https://docs.nitrokey.com/nitrokeys/features/openpgp-card/openpgp-keygen-backup). Then, when I want to do so, the system ask me whether it is okay to _move_ the key to the stick. What exactly means _move_? And _what_ is moved? The private key and the public key? only the private key? Is my system after moving the key able to use the key for e.G. signing code without having the stick inserted?

Many thanks. 🙂

T.L.

PS: I also ask because of the posts occuring in the last few weeks about Nitrokeys which are broken … so I am a little bit concerned about storing data on the key…
