I am returning after more than a year to see if these devices which I own are now usable. There have been changes on everything but I still cannot check for updates. Your website says the Nitrokeyapp is available on openSUSE repo site but I cannot find it. I use openSUSE Tumbleweed. Not a good re-start.
I have indeed NK on my debian repos, but otherwise why not using the Appimage?

Following has worked for me:
zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/security/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/security.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install nitrokey-app
(from https://software.opensuse.org/download.html?project=security&package=nitrokey-app, found on https://www.nitrokey.com/download/suse)
Tested installation and running in a Docker container, image: opensuse/tumbleweed using xvfb virtual framebuffer.
Please let me know, if that would not help you. Setting as solved in the meantime.
