Start with windows 10

Hello I tried to use Nitrokey FIDO2 with windows 10 and used the description in www.nitrokey.com/start. At the end I get the result: Your identity can not be verified, or you are using the private mode. As I can see, I am not using the private mode. What could be the reason?

Hello, I tried it with Windows Edge, Google Chrome and Firefox. Everytime the same result. What do you mean with service?

  1. By service I meant the domain/server/page you are trying to use it with (if possible).
  2. I understand you would like to register your device to some service, is that correct?
  3. Where do you see the message you mentioned?
