Tracking number again

Hi, week about I bought 2x HSM and 2x Pro key, I’ve received copy of invoice but till today no tracking information nor email about shipping.

After 2 days I kindly ask question about it on support (shop@ ) email - no reply.
After 5 days I kindly ask on Jan Suhr email, if he is able to check it for me or forward to someone responsible - no reply.

On Contact page on website, there is no phone where I would be able to call, so I have no option but to write the complain here.
