"Apps" missing from home screen

I just received my new NitroPhone 4, after setting up my account the Home screen doesn’t have the expected “Apps” from GrapheneOS which would allow me to install GSF and other apps.

I managed to install Aurora and F-Droid but I’m a little lost as to how to get GSF installed. My team wants to send me beta builds of our app via Google Play.

When I go to the Graphenes Apps releases on GitHub and download the APK, after it downloads it asks me if I want to update “Apps”, then when I say “Update” I have an alert saying the app is not installed.

Should I start investigating how to re-install GrapheneOS on top of the NitroKey provided OS?

I have no Nitrophone but login and swipe up from the bottom of the screen and open apps. There you will find Google Play services on GrapheneOS.
