Backup hangs at 0%

Hello,
I did find a topic about backup hanging at component: all 0%, but it was in German and it seems that the issue was solved individually.
Is there a way to do a backup manually using direct ssc, as this error is persistent?

Update:
Today I saw, the NB deamon got updated and tried again to backup the cloud. Upon connecting the external disk (with separate power), nothing else was changed, the system got unstable, crashed and I was left with a blank page: Forbidden You don’t have permission to access this resource.Server unable to read htaccess file, denying access to be safe.

Is there a way to solve this?

Hello, still here and still can not backup the system. :wink:
I really want to know, if there is a way to do it manually?
