Build quality of 3A mini

I had to pull out and re-insert my 3A a few times to get it to be recognised. As a result I found it disassembled itself leaving the metal USB-A sleeve in the port, which I had to remove with tweezers.
I have attempted to reassemble the four parts and glue them with epoxy resin. I’ll find out tomorrow if it works.

I would have hoped for better build quality or at least a stronger gluing-together. Has anyone else faced this problem?

It now fails FIDO test, not sure if it’s hardware or software.

if your NK3Mini is mechanically broken, please write support (at) nitrokey (dot) com with your SOxxxxxx. This is very uncommon and I expect that we’ll replace it for you.
