I sometimes have to do things like a git rebase where I have to touch the nk3c for every commit. This quickly becomes annoying if rebasing more than a handful of commits.
In How to cache the user pin for GPG signatures for some time? I found a way to cache the PIN (for as long as the key is plugged in, it would be great if it was possible to cache it for N seconds), but nothing for the touch action.
Other non-nitro keys have a way to cache the touch for a few seconds, which I find great, because it means my rebase still requires a touch, but not 15.
Does the nitrokey 3C support something like this? If not, could the firmware theoretically be modified to provide that feature, or is it a hardware change?
