Die installierte Version wird nicht mehr unterstützt

Hallo Zusammen,

für meine NextBox (Nextcloud Hub 9 - 30.0.12 - Running Nextcloud 30.0.12.2 ) steht seit längeren folgende Warnung an:

"Die installierte Version wird nicht mehr unterstützt. Bitte baldmöglichst auf eine unterstützte
Version aktualisieren. "

Meine aktueller Systemstand:
NextBox Daemon Version: 1.25.6-1
NextBox Debian Version: 11.11

Könnt Ihr Ihr mir weiterhelfen? Muss ich manuell eingreifen?

Viele Grüße
Thomas

Hello,

you have this warning because the latest release is 30.0.15.

Updates are automatically pushed from Nitrokey so you can’t do it manually.

You can wait the next Nitrokey release.

Hi Alexandre,

Thanks for the info. I think you mean the Nextbox.
I hope, the update will be installed soon …

Good news! But my box did not survive the update. It’s blinking green quickly for hours. I tried to soft reset, but the LED color changes to red blinking and becomes green blinking again. Dis- and reconnecting the power plug several time does not change the status.
Any ideas?? Thx
Marckus

I think you did a factory reset and not a soft reset since you got a blinking red LED.

Is your NB connected to internet while booting ?

How much time did you wait when it was blinking green ? (it can takes some time)

I tried both. And waited for quite some time.
Maybe I should ask for the latest image to be upload at www.nitrokey.com/files/ci/nextbox/. There is an old image (2025-07-23 13:08) only.

Update: I wrote the image to a new SD card, fumble it into the device and powered the PI up. And: It came back online after a little bit of light show (as expected).

Now it is reporting:

NextBox Daemon Version: 1.25.6-1
NextBox Debian Version: 11.11

Nextcloud Hub 9 (30.0.12)

So, I will keep my finger crossed and hope for a successful update some time soon.

Have a nice weekend and THX to alexandre.

Bye

Marckus
