Dont work 2FA key on support.nitrokey.com

I have Nitrokey 3. I add TOTP and key to my account.
When i login, I receive error:

If after failure you try to switch to totp, it doesn’t work either. I’ll reload the page and re-enter it, but immediately with TOTP.
