Factory Reset does not work

My NEXTBOX cannot be revived after several months of inactivity. The LED lights are on. Attempting a Factory Reset does not work (the LED stays yellow. It does not change when the reset button is pressed). The LAN connection to the router is not visible on the port.
Please help.

what you can try is to flash the SD card of the Rpi with this image:

OK I have the same problem… thanks but how do we flash the SD card please?.. and surely opening the box voids the warranty?

Yes you need to open the casing and you will access the Rpi.

It won’t stop your warranty in this special repair case.
