Heads does not recognize USB Dongle

Hi.

After performing a dom0 update on Qubes OS, my system encountered an issue where Heads could no longer read my USB stick. The error displayed is: “Device is not accepting address. Error -71 or unable to enumerate USB device.” Since the update, I am unable to boot into the OS. During boot attempts, the system lists changed files and only provides a “quit” option, which returns me to the main menu. Additionally, I cannot reset or update the hashes, as the system reports that the device is unrecognized or not detected.

If you guys need more information or screenshots you are of course welcome to ask for them.

could you provide me your Heads version and also about what USB device are you referring to? A Nitrokey?

If you really need to use your system you can still perform an unsafe (force) boot within the Heads option menu.

I fixed it already, but I would like to know where I can download uptodate firmware from dasharo for z790-p board from nitro PC 2, I did not find that specific board on github.
