HEADS: How to enable backup TOTP?

I have a T430 with Nitrokey Heads on it.

It works fine with my Nitrokey, but afaik it is possible to add a TOTP app as backup, if the key got lost for example.

As my GrapheneOS phone is secure, and I trust Aegis, I would like to do that but found no option anywhere.

When you generated the secrets, there should have been a QR-code for the TOTP secret. Indeed the purpose is to use it with a secondary factor like a phone, to use when the token gets lost or similar.
