Headset isn't working

Hello,

I ordered and received a phone without microphone, so I got the AKG headset from your store as well. During the first call I made, there was a notification concerning the microphone. Unfortunately, I just pushed it away and don’t remember, what it said. Since then, the headset remains silent, so I cannot do any calls (at least I wouldn’t hear what my phone partner says).

Can you please help me, how to fix it? The headset itself works, I checked that.

Hello, maybe the notification was a permission demand.

I would say that you need to go the the phone app settings (not the settings in the app) and see there if there is anything that could block the usage of your headset.
