How do I get into BIOS

Hello to the experts,
I bought a NitroPc1 and installed Linux Mint on it.
Can anyone tell me how to get into the BIOS?
I can only get into the boot menu with ESC.

I don’t know that PC, but from within a Mint terminal a systemctl reboot --firmware-setup should reboot you into the UEFI bios.
