I am interested in purchasing a laptop and emailed the company, it’s been 2 days with no response. Does it take a while for them to respond to inquiries? Is it typical for it to take days to get a response?
When people order, I know there is 4-5 days that it takes to make a laptop. Did anyone who ordered one receive one promptly after the 4-5 day build time or were there issues with receiving the laptop?
I was excited and wanted to place and order.
