How to login with NK3 A mini "passwordless" in Nitrokey forum

I bought the nk3 because of this Information on their website: “Der Nitrokey Passkey erlaubt das super einfache und sichere passwortlose Login”.

  1. Created account on the nk forum.
  2. Profile>Preferences>Security>Add Passkey
  3. type in the Password of the nk3
  4. alternating information in the information popup occuring: “Tippen Sie auf den Sicherheitsschlüssel” and then “Vorbereitung läuft”. That’s it.

After long time of trying, I succeded to add the nk3 in my account. Now, I get “Internal Server error” while trying to log in.

Are there any ideas, what is wrong? If it doesn’t even work on the manufacturer’s site, that’s not a good sign.
