How to set up HOTP with NitroKey Pro or Storage using `nitropy`

This is regarding the PR to add NK3 support to QubesOS for login etc.:

Would nitropy nk3 secrets register and nitropy nk3 secrets get also work for Nitrokey Pro and Nitrokey Storage or if not, how does one get the NK Pro and NK Storage to release an HOTP via command line?

There is no official support nitropy for the Pro and Storage, the official support for those secrets is the Nitrokey-app.

For the command line, there is nitrocli, perhaps that helps.
