NextBox nicht erreichbar

Bei der initialen Einrichtung der NextBox musste ich einige soft resets (reset button), hard resets (stecker aus) und factory resets (reset button lange gedrückt) ausführen bis die NextBox erreichbar war. Nach einem Stromausfall stehe ich wieder vor demselben Problem. Die NextBox startet scheinbar nicht richtig. Die LED leuchtet gleich nach dem Einstecken der NextBox türkis und bleibt auch so. Beim soft reset schaltet die LED gar nicht um und nach einem hard reset ist die LED einfach wieder türkis ohne Veränderung. Einen factory reset möchte ich nicht machen, um meine Daten nicht zu verlieren.

Ist die NextBox defekt?

So ist sie für mich leider kein zuverlässiger und nutzbarer Speicher.

No but if you did a factory reset it’s possible that it’s deleted.

Didn’t do a factory reset this time, because of that reason.

Could you please share a step-by-step instruction for flashing the SD-Card?

okay,

you need to remove the casing screws to access the RPI and then remove the SD card from it.

Once this is done you need to connect it to a computer and use balena etcher to flash the provided image.

Then place it back into the RPI and power it on.
