Nextbox un-responsive

The LED turns light blue, and never changes. The ethernet-leds lights up constantly. Nothing happens beyond that.

I tried to push the hardware-reset button shortly. Nothing happened.

If I push it for 5 seconds, will I loose all my data, or is it only the nextbox-parts that will be reset?

Is my box dead?

I think if you perform a ‘factory reset’ you may loose everything, unless you had performed a backup on an external disk. What happens if you disconnect the ethernet and reboot? Also : do you have an ssh acess to the box? (I am also ‘under failure’ but I still have ssh access)
