My NitroKey 3A randomly stopped being recognized in the USB port I normally plug it into – not recognized by my computer’s login or locking mechanism (I am using Linux’s PAM for U2F support), not recognized by my browser for two-factor authentication, not recognized by dmesg when I plug or unplug it, and reports no accounts and no PIN set when I run the command nitropy nk3 secrets list. GPG also refuses to recognize the key with gpg --card-status and I am not longer able to GPG-sign e-mails despite having previously been able to do so because I keep been asked to insert my card when it is already inserted.
