Hello,
I have a Nitrokey 3c and would like to use it with Linux (Tuxedo OS). I have installed the app and the key is recognized, but unfortunately it is not recognized when using Firefox. What can I do?

don’t understand your question, what do you expect ff to do?

Also the web server needs to trust the CA that signed the certificate on the card.
