Same Issues here, for Fido 2 via NFC. I Contact the Nitro Support.

You need first to click on the “create credential”
then “get assertion” „
I figure out where the exact point is for the connection.
So I think there is only a very short range for a Connection between the Antenna from the Phone to the key. In my case a short range is only a few millimeters.
So here is my sweetspot, and only there!!!
