I ran a the system_profiler command and it sees the card, but the app is not seeing the card, i can’t enter the password to unlock it. see attachment

Hello @yah ,
What version of OpenSC are you using?
Maybe this can help if the USB bus is busy: Can you please kill the profiler process, and then unplug/replug the Nitrokey?

hello,
thanks for your reply. i just reinstalled the opensc 0.20 cask via brew. the gui is not seeing the card. i restarted the gui and no cigar. i plug and unplug the card and i see the red light turn on for a second and then it goes off. when i typo the
security list-smartcards
i get "no smartcards found’
