Done, third try worked.

Can you share what made the difference on the third try ?

In Bremen it’s like “Dreimal ist Bremer-Recht” 
The difference of third try was a working Nitrokey, I guess. My first stick had a malfunction (button defect). I tried twice with the defective stick, third try was with the exchange key.
