NitroKey Storage from shell

I often work with machines that are headless in GNU/Linux and BSD environments. I have a lot of files in encrypted storage that I would like to access when using these headless systems. Is there a way from shell to unencrypt the NitroKey storage? I don’t care how arcane these commands might get as Ill write a script to make things manageable.

Thank you

Hi,

unfortunately there is no fully tested command line interface yet. But as operations work with libnitrokey one can built one. This was already done by a user. So you may want to try this solution. I can not say how good or bad it is working, but it does basically what I said - using the libnitrokey.

Hope this helps! Happy to hear how it worked for you!

Kind regards
Alex
