My new Nitrokey3 are braking one by one, just when slowly pulling them out of the USB slot.
I wrote a messgae to support, but no response from the Nitrokey team
Btw, was waiting for them for 4 months, after paying the order

yes, sorry for that, there has been some production issues (mainly the usb-metal-casing was not correct) which lead to them breaking apart in this batch … please wait on the support answer, we of course replace all these devices so that these are as robust the the batches before.
