HOTP: Error checking code, insert HOTP USB security dongle. i just turned on the laptop for the first time and thats the message i get. sometimes it doesnt even pick up that there is a USB device plugged in. What do i do? im getting error code 33 and card counters: Pin is not set.
any ideas woukd be greatly appreciated.
