I’m a new user of a NitroPC using Qubes OS. I’ve noticed that I’m not able to restart the system using the Restart option of the OS. System will go down, but it doesn’t switch off and on as expected. It keeps on with a black screen. Power off works as expected.
Any idea how to solve this issue?

hard to say what might be the reason for that.
I would suggest to inspect the journal (journalctl) and check what happens during the final seconds of the reboot operation to get an idea what might be the reason.
Same problem. No clear indication as to what is going on. After a few such events the LUKS encryption broke and a reinstall was required.
Jul 2021 > Feb 2023 and still an issue, this cannot be a unique problem since the OS + hardware are Nitrokey managed.
update: poweroff actually does work from the command-line, restart from the GUI does not.
