NK3 cant change gpg pins after factory reset

hello,

after a factory-reset of my gpg card the setting of the pins is not possible.
this is the error message: gpg: OpenPGP Karte Nr. D276000124010304000F1E1567A20000 erkannt

1 - change PIN
2 - unblock PIN
3 - change Admin PIN
4 - set the Reset Code
Q - quit

thank you for the fast reply.

“Did you install a pinentry program” yes.

After the second factory-reset and “Windowslinke” reboot everything works fine.
