Just because it’s a small company doesn’t really excuse consistently poor communication. I remember I constantly had to contact them myself and open two separate support tickets just for one simple RMA return when I got an incorrect item one time, had to hound them for a refund well after they got the items back, and didn’t get refunded for the return postage :smiling_face_with_tear:
