Hallo liebes SupportTeam,

Mein Pixel6, welches ich vor ca 5 Jahren bei euch gekauft habe, war die ganze Zeit zuverlässig.

Vor einer Stunde startete es mitten aus dem normalen Betrieb, es lag eingeschaltet neben mir, einfach neu. Ich gab die SimPin ein und danach mein Passwort, wenige Sekunden nach erreichen der normalen Oberfläche startete es erneut, usw, 3mal probiert, dann nach Hochfahren gezielt ausgeschaltet.

Was kann ich tun?

Battery was at 54%. But I See the battery is damaged and at end of Life. So I need to change it indeed. Thanks for Your Support.

No problem, if the battery is at 54% then it might not be the problem here, unless your battery capacity is low.

Did you experienced any battery problems before having this one?

Battery got very hot often during the last two or three months. What else do you think old be the problem besides battery?

This can indeed indicate a battery problem.

If this is caused by a software problem then it should be fixed by a factory reset.

If this is caused by the battery then you should replace it.
