Qubes re-installation after disk drive breakage/replacement

I’m interested to buy a Nitropad laptop with Qubes. I have a question about the installation procedure:
if in the future, for any reason, I need to replace the disk drive and so to re-install Qubes with its original configuration, is the shipped Nitrokey2Pro sufficient to complete the whole re-installation on the new disk drive? Need I a second key to do this? Something else?
