Reconfigure Nitrokey after OS change (Stop Heads from complaining)

Some months ago I bought NitroPad T430 with Qubes OS 4.0 and NK Storage 2, 16 GB. Eventually I installed Debian 11 instead of Qubes. (I simply did a USB install on the whole drive). It works great to this day. However, ever since I did this, Heads complains every time I startup the laptop. When I tried to update checksums, it just said this after a moment:

I tried to tinker with Nitrokey through Heads to fix this, but to no avail. Ever since, I just skip the security dongle → options → boot options → ignore tampering and startup. However, it is very annoying.

What steps should I follow to reconfigure Nitrokey, or at least stop Heads from complaining and let me boot quickly? Thank you in advance.

I arrived here via your recent second post. Hence, I suppose you’re still running this setup.
The steps are basically this doc: factory reset heads.

It’s strange it does not work to reconfigure heads via its menu. What partitions have you setup installing Deb11? Heads expects a /boot partition with /boot/grub/grub.cfg file and working default boot entry.
Is that available?

Hi, thank you. I don’t remember how I managed to change the distro back then, it was very scrappy. I actually gave this laptop away for parts because it overheats very easily, despite maintenance. Best regards!
