My head is bugging and I do not remember my PIN. I typed it wrongly several times and now the counter is 0.
I fear having to hard reset my key (and loosing my keys).
Is there anything I can do in order to prevent that ? Can I reset the counters ?

Hi. There are several PINs. Do you mean the FIDO2 part or the GPG PIN? The latter can be reset using a reset code (if you created one and can remember it) or the Admin PIN (if you know that).
For FIDO2 you would be out of luck, however it does not immediately lock the token but blocks first and gives you more tries after a power cycle (unplug plug in again).
I am no tech guy. I just do not know

Ok. These are the GPG PINs. It says User PIN tries are exhausted, there is no Recovery PIN setup and Admin PIN has still all 3 tries left. So you would have 3 more tries to enter the correct Admin PIN. Then you could reset the User PIN without loosing anything.
But you should first try to make sure to remember the correct PIN.
