Unable to generate/import nistp521 keys on nk 3a mini

same goes for all curves listed in the 1.8.0 firmware update

followed both of these using gpg, also tried oct spearately

generate
<error>

key-attr → nistp256

<all good>

same when importing curve key from disk to nitrokey, p256 gets imported but p521 errors
is this a bug or am i misunderstanding nistp521 support for nk 3a mini?

false flag, had to enable secure element which was seemingly disabled on my key
