i guess you mean upgrading. This is actually an important security feature (fast update circle). Not updating would mean you would vulnerable to attacks. Since the moment an update is provided it takes a skilled Reverse engineer 24/48 Hours to figure out the vulnerability that is patched so it is important to install these asap, to have a secure devices. There is probably a way to disable it but i would argue against it.
