Sorry for the delay. You should not need any additional drivers to use the Nitrokey Pro. However, under Windows 10 1809 the device cannot connect to Nitrokey App, due to the recent change in the W10 security policies. You can confirm your Windows version in the System screen (e.g. one can open it by clicking with right mouse button on the menu start button).
If that is the case, please contact the support for a device replacement / firmware update.

Edit: only the Nitrokey App connection is blocked, which makes it not possible to manage the device’s PWS/OTP functions. Smart card features are working fine.
